Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Bring water to a boil in a pan and add the potato pieces and 1 teaspoon salt. When the potatoes are soft (this should take 10–15 minutes), turn off the heat, drain, and let cool.

In the meantime, wash and dry the lamb's lettuce and put into a salad bowl. Scatter over with the sliced olives. Finish by arranging the potato and tuna pieces on top.
Tips & Tricks
You can make a good dressing for the salad using by mixing oil, salt, wine vinegar, and a little pepper. Just pour it over.
Don’t worry if you don’t have any lamb's lettuce. You can use whatever salad greens you might have in your fridge.
