Peel the potato and cut into medium size cubes. Put water to boil in a pot and cook the potatoes. In about 10 minutes they should be done. Once cooked, drain and let it cool down.

Open the cans of tuna, drain and remove the tuna.

Wash and chop the tomatoes.

Lastly, wash the spinach and cut into thin slices.

Add the cooked potato, the tuna, the chopped tomato, and the spinach to a bowl. Mix the ingredients together and it's ready to serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can dress this salad with oil, salt, and vinegar.
Do you have pickles? You can chop a few and add to the salad. You can also add some olives to the dish as well.
If you have a hard-boiled egg, dice it and add it to the salad.
