Asian Style Lettuce Wraps with Pork

Pantry ingredients

Instructions

Finely mince the garlic, ginger and red bell pepper. If you have a food processor or mincer, you can use this to make it easier.

Place these finely minced ingredients in a bowl and add the ground pork. Pour in a tablespoon of sesame oil and oyster sauce. Mix well.

In a pan or skillet add one tablespoon of sesame oil. Once hot add the ground pork and veggie mix and stir fry over medium heat for about 8 minutes.

While the meat is cooking, wash the lettuce.

In each leaf add a bit of the filling and serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can take these wraps to the next level by adding some spice. This can be any of your favorite spicy powders or hot sauce.
You can add oyster sauce instead of soy sauce, they are also delicious.
Sprinkle on some peanuts to give it a crunchy texture.
