turkey breast

1 unit
garlic
1 clove
mushroom
5 oz
Pantry ingredients
soy sauce
2 tbsp
noodle
5 oz
Instructions
1
Cook the noodles as indicated on the package.
2
Place the turkey breast on the cutting board. Cut it into small pieces, and cook it in a pan that has oil. When the turkey is browned, remove it from the heat and set aside.
3
Chop the onion and bell pepper into small cubes. Wash and slice or dice the mushrooms.
4
Using the same pan you used to cook the turkey, cook the vegetables that you have just cut. If necessary, add more oil.
5
Add the turkey you set aside to the pan and pour in the soy sauce. If you'd like, dissolve a teaspoon of corn starch in a little hot water (3-4 tablespoons of water is enough) and add it to the pan to make the sauce thick.
6
Serve the noodles on the plate and then the chicken and vegetables, or, if you prefer, you can mix the noodles with all of the other ingredients and then serve.
Tips & Tricks
If you have oyster sauce you can add a tablespoon when you cook the turkey.
You can substitute the olive oil for sesame oil.
If you are vegetarian or want to try a meatless version, substitute the turkey for tofu and you'll see how great it tastes!
