Avocado, Egg, and Parmesan Toast

Boil water in a pot and place the eggs inside. Cook on maximum heat for 7 minutes. After this time remove the eggs from the heat and place in an ice bath. Remove the shell and set aside.

Toast the bread.

Cut the avocado in half and remove the flesh and slice.

Place some avocado slices on each piece of toast and then add the egg (cut in half, or in slices) and then sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of each piece of toast. Delicious!
Tips & Tricks
You can drizzle a bit of olive oil on the bread and add a pinch of salt. You can also add a bit of ground chile on top.
