Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Peel the banana and with a fork, mash it into a puree.

In a bowl add the banana puree, the oats, and cocoa. Mix the ingredients well.

Bring out your oven tray and place parchment paper over. Lightly grease them.

Using your hands, form small balls and place them onto the parchment paper.

Lightly press on the balls (when they cook they will spread out evenly to form the cookie shape) and bake them for 20 minutes at 400°F.
