Banana and Almond Butter Brownie

Mash the bananas with a fork until you get a puree.

Add the almond butter to the banana puree along with the eggs, and beat well until you achieve a creamy texture.

Add to the previous bowl the cacao, yeast, and the sugar. Mix again until everything is well mixed together.

Add the crushed chocolate (you can save some to add on top as a decoration) and use a spatula to incorporate into the mixture.

Add the mixture into a greased mold and bake for approximately 20 minutes, until a fork or toothpick comes out clean when you prick the center (halfway through the bake time you can remove the brownie and finish sprinkling the chocolate you had set aside on top).

Place the brownie on a cooling rack and let it cool. Use a knife to cut into squares. You can dust some powdered sugar on top as decoration too.
