Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Mix the flour, the yeast, and the cacao powder in a bowl. Set aside.

Beat the eggs with the sugar in another bowl until the sugar dissolves.

Mash the bananas with a fork until you have a puree.

Add the oil, vanilla, and banana puree into the bowl that has the eggs. Mix together.

Slowly mix in the dry ingredient bowl into the liquid ingredient bowl.

Lastly, add the chocolate bits. You can use chocolate chips, or you can chop the chocolate yourself. Mix using a spatula and then pour the batter into a previously greased mold.

Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick or knife come out clean when you prick the center.
