Instructions

Wash the orange, zest the skin and press for juice. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to a bowl and mix with a spoon.

Beat 3 eggs in another bowl. Add sugar and mix very well (you will see how the volume increases). Add sunflower oil and yogurt (plain). Add the orange zest and juice. Mix until you have a creamy texture.

Add this liquid mixture to the bowl that has the flour and other dry ingredients. Stir and gently mix, taking care not to have lumps. You can use a blender or food processor.

Grease the mold and pour the batter into it. Finish by sprinkling the chopped nuts on top.

Put the batter into the oven and bake at 350°F for approximately 30-40 minutes or until a knife or toothpick comes out clean when you poke the center.

Remove from the oven and let it cool before removing from the mold.
