Instructions

Peel and grate the carrot. Wash and cut the broccoli into small pieces.

Bring water to a boil in a pan. Cook the carrots and broccoli, about 5 minutes.

Wash and mince the parsley.

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir well.

Add the carrot and broccoli to the bowl. Mix well to incorporate the egg. Add the grated cheese and parsley and mix thoroughly.

Shape the mixture into small cakes resembling patties.

Heat a little oil in a skillet and fry the cakes one at a time.
