Prepare the ingredients. Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Wash the mushrooms and halve or slice, as desired. Mince the onion.

Heat a little olive oil into a skillet.

Add the onion and mushrooms. Lightly fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.

Next, add the broccoli and season the vegetables with a sprinkling of salt. Cook for 3–4 more minutes and that’s it. Ready to enjoy.
Tips & Tricks
If you want to make the dish more substantial, you can toss in a little beef, chicken, tofu, TVP... whatever you like!
If you have a carrot, you can add a little. Just wash, peel, and cut into long and thin strips. Add in with the broccoli.
