Instructions

If you don't have cooked quinoa you can cook it following the instructions on the packaging.

Dice the onion and carrots and cut the broccoli into smaller florets. Cook everything in a pan with some olive oil for 5 minutes.

After this time, add the shrimp and soy sauce and cook for 3-5 more minutes (if the shrimp are frozen, it can take 8-10 minutes).

Once the quinoa is ready, mix with the vegetables and shrimp and cook for several minutes until all of the flavors are intermingled. Remove from the stove and serve.

Tips & Tricks

When you add soy sauce you can also add a bit of garlic powder, black pepper, and ginger to add more flavor.

You can substitute the quinoa for rice, couscous, or millet.

You can use your favorite vegetables, so take advantage and use the ones that have been abandoned in your fridge.
