Pan-Fried Chicken and Broccoli

Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel and slice the carrot into thin rounds or cut into small dice (if the carrot is large, half will be enough.)

Put a little oil into a skillet and lightly fry the broccoli and carrot over medium heat for 5–8 minutes, stirring often. The vegetables should be crunchy but not raw.

Cut the chicken breast into strips or cubes. In another skillet with a little oil, fry the chicken until golden, seasoning with a pinch of salt.

Add the chicken to the skillet with the broccoli and carrot. Add the soy sauce and turn up the heat. Cook everything for 2–3 more minutes, stirring constantly, and then serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can add a handful of cashew nuts to the skillet for extra flavor.
It’s important to cut the carrot finely so that it cooks properly.
