Instructions

Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water with a little salt for the time shown on the package.

Wash and cut the broccoli into small pieces. Bring a pan of water to a boil. Then add the broccoli and cook for 4—5 minutes. Drain and set aside for later.

Mince the onion. Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet. Lightly fry the onion over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring often. Then add the chicken, cut into small pieces or finely chopped.

When the chicken is done, after about 5 minutes, add the broccoli and fry for a couple of minutes, stirring often. Next, add chickpeas and season with a little salt. Continue to cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring often.

Add the pasta to the skillet and mix with the other ingredients. Cook for 1 more minute to incorporate all the flavors. Serve immediately.
Tips & Tricks
Any short-cut pasta works well in this recipe. And remember... whole-grain pasta is much more nutritious.
