soy sauce

Instructions

Slice the onion and mushrooms into strips.

Peel the sweet potato and cut it into medium size chunks.

Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.

In a pan, with little oil, sauté the vegetables you have just cut, over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Make sure that the vegetables are still crunchy, but not raw.

Cut the chicken breast into strips, or cubes. In another pan with little oil and a pinch of salt, cook the chicken until it is a golden brown.

Add the cooked chicken to the pan with vegetables. Add the soy sauce and raise the heat. Sauté for 2-3 minutes before turning off the heat and serving.
