1
Wash and cut the mushrooms into pieces. Also wash and slice the leeks into rounds. Dice the chicken.
2
Put a little oil into a large skillet and lightly fry the chicken. Season with a little salt. When cooked, transfer to a plate and set aside for later.
3
In the same skillet, lightly fry the leeks and mushrooms over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring often. Add a little more oil if necessary. Season the vegetables with a little salt (or soy sauce, if you prefer.)

When the leeks and mushrooms are nearly cooked, add the chicken. Mix the ingredients together, add another pinch of salt and cook for 1 more minute.
5
Serve immediately.
Tips & Tricks
You can use soy sauce instead of salt for a special touch.
You can add any vegetables you have sitting in your fridge that you don’t know what to do with, such as zucchini, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and so on. And they will taste even better.
