Instructions

Dice the chicken into small-medium cubes and cook in a pan with a little olive oil, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning for 3-5 minutes. Cook until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and is golden on the outside. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Chop the onion and bell pepper finely.

Wash and cut the mushrooms. Cook with some hot oil in a pan for 5 minutes. Once they start to become tender add the chopped onion and bell pepper and the crushed garlic. Cook for 5 more minutes with some salt.

Add the chicken and cook together for several minutes. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks

You can add more vegetables or substitute some for others that you have in your fridge.

Instead of oregano and basil you can use an Italian seasoning which combines the two plus others.
