Instructions

Cut the cauliflower into smaller florets and steam cook until tender. Drain and chop into medium-small pieces and let them cool.

Cook the eggs for 20 minutes. After this time let them cool. Once cooled down remove the shell and chop.

Dice the carrot into small cubes and cook in boiling water for several minutes until they are tender.

Add the cauliflower and chopped eggs into a bowl. Add the cooked carrots, the chopped onion, pickles, and olives, the drained tuna, and the peas.

Add light mayonnaise on top and gently mix the ingredients together.
