Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Cut the cheese into small cubes.

Combine the tomatoes, cheese, and walnuts in a bowl.

Dress with a little olive oil, vinegar, and salt. Stir well to incorporate.
Tips & Tricks
For an original touch, scatter over with Greek basil leaves, cilantro, or oregano.
