2 slices

3/4 cup

Instructions
1
You can start by preparing your dressing. It's very easy. In your blender, add the mayonnaise, mustard, anchovy fillets, lemon juice and water. Blend well and set aside.
2
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
3
Place some parchment paper on a sheet pan. Cut the bread into small cubes and spread them out on the parchment paper.
4
In a bowl, pour in a couple tablespoons of olive oil, finely chopped clove of garlic, and a pinch of salt. Mix and pour onto the pieces of bread. Make sure to pour on every piece so they absorb the flavor.
5
Place the sheet in the oven for 10 minutes. When you see that the bread is toasted and crunchy you can turn the oven off and take the sheet out to cool. These will be the croutons you will need later.
6
Cook the chicken on a pan or skillet with a pinch of salt and some olive oil. Once cooked, slice or dice the chicken.
7
Wash the lettuce and cut into pieces. Place into the salad bowl.
8
Add half of the cut chicken, half of the grated parmesan, and croutons. Pour half of the dressing you have prepared and toss the salad gently.
9
Finish by adding the other half of the ingredients and dressing. Serve and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
Our croutons were homemade, but if you don't have the time, or if you'd prefer to make the salad faster, you can find some already made at your local store.
If you'd like to make a more healthy version of this salad, you can do so by making your own mayonnaise.
