Instructions

Wash the vegetables and cut them into smaller pieces.

Add some oil into a pan and cook the onion and mushrooms on medium heat. After 3-4 minutes add the chopped bell pepper and zucchini and keep cooking the vegetables.

Slice the chicken breast and then add oil to another pan and cook until golden.

Add the chicken to the pan that has the vegetables. Add the soy sauce and raise the heat. Cook for 2-3 more minutes, turn off the heat, and the filling for the fajitas is ready.

Fill each tortilla with the chicken and vegetables.
