salt
1 pinch

tomato sauce
2 tbsp

olive oil
2 tbsp
Instructions
1
Place the chicken on a cutting board. Add a pinch of salt, and if you'd like, pepper.
2
Next, add a drizzle of oil into a pan, and when it's hot, add the chicken and cook over medium heat until golden brown. Once it's cooked, remove from the heat and let it cool a little before adding it to your food processor. Chop until the chicken is shredded. Set aside.
3
Add the onion, and the red and green bell pepper to the food processor. Chop until you get small pieces, and then add these chopped ingredients into the pan used before (if it's necessary, add more oil to the pan).
4
Cook the vegetables for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, and add some salt.
5
When the vegetables are tender you can add the shredded chicken that you had set aside and mix.
6
Finish by adding a few tablespoons of tomato sauce and a tablespoon of water. Mix so that the filling is saucy.
7
Place the filling in each tortilla along with a bit of grated cheese. Toast each burrito on a hot pan so that the cheese can melt. Once the burritos are well toasted and the cheese is melted, you can serve.
