Place a cup of water into a pot and on the stove. When it begins to boil add the cup of couscous and a bit of salt. Turn off the heat. Let it stand until it hydrates.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and drain the liquid.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes.

Place the couscous, tomato, cheese, and drained lentils into the salad bowl and gently mix. You can dress this salad with oil, salt, and some balsamic vinegar.
Tips & Tricks
If you would like to give it a try, chop some basil leaves and add them to the salad.
