garlic
2 cloves
yogurt
1 unit
basil
1 cup

1/2 cup
Pantry ingredients
macaroni
7 oz
olive oil
2 tbsp
black pepper
1 pinch
tomato puree
1 small can
salt
1/2 tsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
Instructions
1
Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta for the time indicated in the instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
2
Place the meat in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
3
Drizzle some olive oil into a large pan. When the oil heats up add the salt and peppered ground meat and cook on medium heat until it lightly browns. Remove from the stove and set aside.
4
Without cleaning it, use the same pan. Add the finely chopped garlic and lightly fry on medium heat. Take care not to burn it (if you need more oil, add some). When the garlic is golden add the tomato sauce to the pan along with some salt, and the sugar. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
5
After this time add the basil and yogurt. Mix and cook on low heat for several more minutes. Taste the sauce and add more salt if necessary.
6
Add the meat you had set aside to the pan and mix with the sauce.
7
When the meat has absorbed the flavors well enough add the pasta you had set aside and mix with the other ingredients.
8
Add the pasta to a baking dish and sprinkle an abundant amount of grated cheese on top and cook au gratin in the oven for a couple of minutes. When you see that the cheese is melted and au gratin to your liking you can take out of the oven and serve.
