Whole Wheat Pasta with Beef and Vegetables

Cook the pasta in boiling water and with a pinch of salt for the time indicated on the package. Meanwhile, wash and finely chop all of the vegetables. When the pasta is cooked, drain and set aside.

Add some oil to a pan and fry the onion with the ground beef. Add some salt to the beef.

Add the vegetables to the pan (the mushrooms, asparagus, and carrot) and when the vegetables are a golden color, add the tomato sauce. Let it cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes. If you have oregano, add some to the sauce.

Serve the pasta on a plate and then the beef Bolognese sauce on top.
Tips & Tricks
We recommend that you use whole wheat pasta, which is rich in fiber and nutrients.
If the onion is small, you can use all of it.
