Instructions

Soak the bread in a bowl with the milk until soft.

Remove any bones from the fish. Take off the skin and cut into small pieces.

Combine the fish, garlic clove, cheese and a little salt in a food processor. Blend to a paste.

Add the milk-soaked bread and blend again.

Take a little of the mixture and give it a nugget shape. Dip in beaten egg and dredge in breadcrumbs. Repeat the process until the mixture is used up.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet. When hot, add the nuggets and fry on all sides.

Serve these fish nuggets with a simple lettuce and tomato salad.

You can use any white fish.
