Wash the mushrooms well.

Finely chop the garlic, onion and parsley.

In a pan add the oil. Once it's hot, add the chopped onion and garlic.

After 3-4 minutes, add the mushrooms and salt. Sauté for about 3 minutes and then pour in the wine. Let it cook over medium-low heat, until the alcohol has evaporated.

Lastly, add the parsley and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
If you love spice, try adding some guindilla pepper to the pan when you add the onion and garlic so the mushrooms absorb the flavor.
