Beforehand, place the grapes in the freezer for a minimum of two hours.

Divide the greek yogurt into two bowls or cups and mix with the frozen grapes.

Add the chia seeds on top and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
Use an unsweetened greek yogurt so that it's healthier. The grapes will give sufficient sweetness.
You can mix the chia seeds with the yogurt and leave it for several minutes to hydrate them.
As an option you can add a mint leaf.
You can use plant-based yogurt if you're vegan.
