Jumbo Prawn with Vegetable Sauté

Chop all of the vegetables into the same size.

Add a drizzle of olive oil into a pan and cook the shrimp first with your favorite spices. After several minutes, remove, and set aside.

Add a little bit more oil to the pan and mix all of the vegetables together. Sauté, add some salt, and cook for 10 minutes max so that they are cooked but not excessively. Add the shrimp to the pan and mix.

You can serve on two plates when ready.
