Navy Bean and Quinoa Salad

1 small jar
Wash the quinoa under water and cook as instructed on the packaging.
Drain the navy beans from their container and rinse under water. Set aside.
Finely slice the red onion and leave it for a bit in a bowl of water so the intensity of the flavor decreases.
Wash and chop the tomato and cilantro.
Place the quinoa you are going to use in a bowl, add the navy beans, chopped tomato, onion (drained), and the cilantro. Gently mix so the ingredients are well mixed together. Now cut an avocado in half, remove the flesh and place on top of the salad. Enjoy!

Dressing this salad with lemon and salt results in an amazing dish.
You can substitute the cilantro for green onion, or parsley.
