Peel and grate the fresh ginger. Then grate a little orange zest. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix well with a spoon.

Beat the 3 eggs in another bowl. Add sunflower oil and the tubs of yogurt (plain and sugar-free). Add 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger and 1 tablespoon grated orange zest. Mix until smooth.

Pour this mixture into the bowl containing the dry ingredients and mix gently but thoroughly, making sure there are no lumps.

Grease a cake pan or suitable ovenproof dish with butter and pour in the batter. Bake at 350°F, about 40 minutes. The cake will be ready when you prick the center with a knife and the blade comes out clean.
