Pantry ingredients

wheat flour
8 oz

sugar
6 oz

sunflower oil
3/4 cup

yeast
0.53 oz

salt
1 pinch
Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2
Chop the orange and place it in the blender along with the eggs, and sugar. Blend together well. Now add the oil and blend for 1 minute.
3
In another bowl add the flour, yeast, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the ingredients are blended well.
4
Add the dry ingredients bowl to the wet ingredient bowl. Mix together until it is all mixed together without lumps (if you'd like, you can use a blender).
5
Grease the madeleine mold that you will use and start filling them. Do not fill them to the top because the batter will rise and spill over, so fill 3/4 of it.
6
Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes (until a knife or toothpick comes out clean when you prick the center). Let them cool for a little before removing from the mold. If they are not cool enough they will break. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
You can add a pinch of baking soda while adding the baking powder (yeast) to improve the batter.
You can sprinkle a tiny pinch of sugar on each muffin as a decoration and a way to add a crunch and caramelization.
The proper amount of olive oil to add if you choose to use it is 5 ounces.
If you'd like a stronger orange flavor you can try using a whole orange instead of half.
