Pasta with Broccoli, Red bell pepper, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Then add the pasta and a pinch of salt. Cook for the time shown on the package. About 2 minutes before the pasta is ready, add the broccoli to the same pan and cook together with the pasta for the remaining time. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Mince the onion and a piece of the red bell pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and lightly fry the onion and red bell pepper over medium heat for several minutes, stirring often. When soft, add the sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips, and fry for two more minutes, stirring regularly.
Transfer the broccoli and pasta to the skillet. Season with a little salt and the oregano. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 more minutes. Then turn off the heat and serve.
