Chop the pineapple and put it in the freezer ahead of time and freeze for 4 hours.

When the pineapple is frozen add it to a food processor along with the raspberries and the yogurt. Blend for several seconds until the fruit is completely shredded and has a creamy texture like ice cream.

Place into two bowls and add the toppings of your choice like more fruit, granola, nuts, chia seeds, dried coconut, or chocolate chips.
