Quinoa, Salmon, and Green Bean Bowl

Wash the quinoa under running water. Fill a pan with water. You will need to measure out 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa. Bring to a boil, add the quinoa, and cook until the kernels have popped open, about 20 minutes, then drain.

Cook the green beans in a pan of boiling water with a pinch of salt. When cooked as desired, remove the pan from the heat, dasiderain, and set .

Mince half an onion. Wash and cut the mushrooms into pieces. Finally, wash, peel, and grate the carrots.

Put a little olive oil into a large skillet and fry the onion and mushrooms over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring often. Then, add the green beans and continue to cook for 6–7 more minutes. Season with a pinch of salt.

In another skillet, or the same one used earlier, add a dash of olive oil and fry the salmon. Season with a tiny bit of salt.

Assemble each bowl. In each bowl, arrange several spoonfuls of quinoa, some grated carrot, a fillet of salmon and, finally, the sautéed green beans and mushrooms.
