Salmon Bowl with Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes

Peel the potato, dice into medium size cubes and place in salted boiling water to cook. When they are tender (10 minutes should do the trick if the pieces are small enough), drain and use a fork to mash until you have a puree.

Boil more water in another pot and cook the green beans. When they're cooked to your liking, remove, drain, and set aside.

Drizzle some oil into a pan and cook the salmon with a bit of salt.

Place the salmon on the plate and accompany it with some mashed potatoes and the green beans.
Tips & Tricks
If your potato isn't very large, you can use 2. And if you would like to improve your mashed potatoes, you can add a drizzle of milk and a sliver of butter (the heat will melt it) and mix.
The green beans can be dressed with oil, vinegar, and salt, or you can fry a clove of garlic in a pan with some oil and cook the green beans in that.
