Instructions

Boil water in a pot and add some salt when it begins to boil. Add the pasta. Cook for the time indicated in the instructions.

Chop the bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into medium size cubes.

Add some olive oil to a large hot pan. Once the oil is hot lightly fry the onion and a chopped garlic clove for 2-3 minutes. Next, add the rest of the chopped vegetables and add a bit of salt. Cook on medium for 6-7 minutes or until tender.

Add the spaghetti and mix the ingredients. Let the flavors mix for a minute on the stove.

Finish by adding some sliced black olives on top. Easy to make, right?
