Instructions

First, wash and cut the bell pepper into strips. Next, cut the onion and the beef steak into strips.

Put a little olive oil into a skillet. When hot, fry the onion and bell pepper, stirring often, and season with a pinch of salt. After 5–7 minutes, when you see that the onion and bell pepper are cooked, remove and set aside on a plate.

Use the same skillet to fry the beef (there's no need to wash the skillet). Season with a dash of soy sauce. After a few minutes, when you see the meat is cooked, remove from the heat.

While the meat is cooking, put the rice in the microwave and cook as shown in the instructions on the package.

Assemble your bowl: arrange the rice in one part of the bowl, the beef in another, and the bell pepper in the remaining space. Enjoy!
