Instructions

Peel the carrot and cut in half lengthwise. Cut the halves into medium batons.

Cut the cabbage into strips.

Heat a little oil in a skillet and half-cook the bean sprouts, carrot, and cabbage. This should take 4–5 minutes.

Next, add the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 more minute, stirring constantly.

Fill a container with water. Soak a rice paper wrapper in the water for 15 seconds. Remove from the water and lay on a clean cloth (the excess water will be soaked up). Put some of the filling on one side of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling, fold over the sides, and roll up completely. Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers.

Finally, cook in the oven at 425°F until golden, about 10 minutes.
