Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with a little salt. Peel and cut the avocado into chunks.

Heat a skillet with a little olive oil. Add the beaten eggs. Stir and let cook. The cooking time depends on how moist you like your eggs. The longer you leave them to cook, the firmer they will be. If you cook them for a shorter amount of time they’ll be moist and light.

Now assemble the toast: put the scrambled eggs on the pieces of toast and top with the avocado. Sprinkle a little salt over the avocado. Your breakfast is now ready!
Tips & Tricks
It's much better to use whole-grain or multigrain bread than standard white sandwich bread.
