Instructions

Cut the onion and zucchini into small dice.

Put a little oil into a skillet and add lightly fry the onion, stirring often. When the onion starts to soften, add the zucchini and a pinch of salt. Cook for several minutes.

In the meantime, beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Add the beaten eggs to the skillet and stir with a wooden spoon. Cook as desired. If you cook the eggs for a short time, they will be moist and light. Now serve and enjoy!
