Spaghetti with Mushrooms and Jumbo Shrimp

Instructions

Wash and slice the mushrooms. Slice the onion into strips. And finely chop the garlic clove.

Drizzle some olive oil into a frying pan. When the oil is hot add the mushrooms, onion, and chopped garlic. Add salt to the ingredients and lightly fry for 6-8 minutes over medium heat. Add the jumbo shrimp 3 minutes before the time is up. Cook together with the vegetables that are in the frying pan.

Pour water in and continue cooking the ingredients over medium heat for 3 more minutes.

Add the flour and mix with the liquid from the sauce that is forming.

Finish by adding the yogurt and stirring to mix.
Tips & Tricks
We used fresh raw jumbo shrimp in this recipe. But you can use pre-cooked shrimp as well.
