Finely chop the garlic.
3
Beat the egg in a large bowl. Add the chopped garlic, the ground meat, grated bread, and a touch of salt to the bowl. Mix together (it's easier if you use your hands).
4
Begin to make the balls to your desired size.
5
Dust some flour on a plate and lightly roll each meatball over it.
6
Pour some oil into a pan and lightly cook the meatballs, they will finish cooking in the sauce later on.

Add the tomato sauce (homemade is better) into a saucepan and then the meatballs. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
8
Place the cooked spaghetti onto a plate followed by several meatballs and tomato sauce.
Tips & Tricks
If you don't have ground turkey you can use beef, pork, or a mixture of either.
The quantity indicated in this recipe should make quite a few meatballs. This recipe is a bit laborious and takes some time, but it's worth having the leftovers to eat another day of the week. If the typical round meatball is too boring, try pressing down harder and shape it into a patty. This way you have more variety and you can eat meatballs one day and hamburgers another.
