Instructions

Start by making the sauce. Mince the garlic and onion and fry lightly in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. After 1 minute, add 1 seedless chili pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

Transfer the contents of the skillet to a blender or food processor. Add the paprika, pepper, cumin, and vinegar. Blend until smooth.

Pour the chicken broth into a pan and add the blended sauce base. Cook over low heat for 8 minutes.

Put the corn starch into a bowl, add the water, and mix well. Pour this mixture into the pan with the sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes. Then remove from the heat.

Grill the turkey breast and serve it with the sauce.
