Toast the bread. Open the avocado and remove the flesh. Use a fork to mash the avocado and then add some salt.

Spread the avocado on each slice of toasted bread. Place the rolled up turkey slices on each toast and then place the diced tomato on top.

Finish by sprinkling some crushed walnuts on top. You can dress each toast with some oil, vinegar, and salt.
