Instructions

Finely dice the garlic, onion, mushrooms, and a piece of fresh ginger.

Add some oil to a pan and lightly fry the vegetables you've just diced.

Add the cooked green beans and mix.

Add the ground cumin, curry, and cayenne pepper. Cook on medium heat for one minute before adding the crushed tomato. Add some salt to everything and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the coconut milk and mix. Cook for 10-12 minutes on medium-low heat until the sauce thickens.

Heat the tortillas and fill with the contents of the pan.

You can chop some cilantro and sprinkle on top.
