Avocado Toast with Cheese and Pomegranate

Toast the bread.

Open the pomegranate and remove some seeds. Set aside.

Open an avocado and remove the flesh before placing in a bowl. Use a fork to mash it and add a pinch of salt. Spread on each piece of toast.

Sprinkle some of the shredded cheese, crushed pistachios, and a handful of pomegranate seeds on top of the avocado.

Drizzle some olive oil on top and your breakfast is ready!
