Balsamic Pork Ribs with Thyme

Put the pork ribs into a suitable ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil on both sides. Cover the dish well with aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 400°C for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and thyme into a skillet. Cook over low heat. After 6–7 minutes, you will see the sauce gradually beginning to thicken.

Take the ribs out of the oven and spread the sauce over the top. Dig in!
