
Bean and Carrot Hamburger Patty

Drain the beans from their respective containers and rinse under water.

Peel the carrot. Place the carrot, onion, and garlic clove in your food processor. Chop a bit, until it results in small pieces.

Add a bit of olive oil in a pan, and when it's hot, add the ingredients you've just chopped. After 4-5 minutes the ingredients will become tender. Once this happens add the beans, cumin, and turmeric. Sauté for a few minutes and add the chopped parsley and a tablespoon of lemon juice.

Remove the ingredients from the pan and place in your food processor, or similar, and blend until you get a patty mixture. Add the grated bread and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients well.

Start making the hamburger patties to the size of your liking by using your hands and fry in a pan with hot oil.
Tips & Tricks
Once the hamburger mixture is made, let it cool down a bit before forming the patties, so you don't burn yourself.
