Instructions

Start by preparing the ingredients you're going to use. Mince the garlic. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Cut the cabbage and the beef steaks into strips. Finally, wash, peel, and cut the carrots into strips.

Put a little olive oil into a large skillet. When hot, add the garlic and fry, stirring often.

Add the mushrooms and steak strips to the skillet and fry over medium heat for a couple of minutes, stirring often.

Then add the carrot and cabbage strips. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Add the soy sauce and continue to cook over medium heat for 5–7 more minutes.

Serve in a bowl. You can add delicious white rice if you like.
